JVE was appointed as the electrical contractor for the prestigious development at Hamilton Gardens, Cabra. This remarkable project encompasses 484 apartments, complemented by roof terrace amenity spaces, community areas featuring workspaces with meeting rooms and work booths, a library seating area, lounge, cinema room, and 5 retail grey box spaces. The complex is thoughtfully designed with landscaped gardens, play areas, and convenient basement car parking.
Leveraging our extensive expertise gained from the successful completion of comparable projects such as 6 Hanover Quay and the Smithfield regeneration, JVE collaborated closely with the esteemed design teams at IN2 and PLUS architecture. This collaboration ensured that the highest standards were not only met but exceeded.
Throughout the challenging period marked by covid shutdowns, the project was steadfastly driven by WALLS Construction.
