Richmond ICU – Beaumont Hospital

As PSCS for the recently refurbished Richmond Intensive Care Ward at Beaumont Hospital, our responsibilities went beyond the electrical installation works. We oversaw the management and coordination of all subcontractors and trades involved in the project, ensuring that activities were thoroughly planned, safely executed, and efficiently scheduled. This coordinated approach helped minimise disruption to the hospital’s ongoing operations while maintaining a safe and controlled working environment throughout the project.
