JVE were contracted to complete the electrical services installation for a 10,000 sqm office fit-out in Dublin city centre, contributing to the transformation of a substantial commercial space into a modern, high-quality working environment.
Spanning five floors, along with associated roof and basement works, the project delivers an extensive range of facilities designed to support the evolving needs of the modern workplace.
The impressive fit-out features 700 bookable workstations, a 300-seat town hall space, a 60-seat work café and a premium top-floor client suite. A variety of collaborative workspaces, private focus rooms and dedicated wellness facilities further enhance the space, creating a flexible and welcoming environment where employees can work, collaborate and recharge.
