JVE has successfully completed the high-specification Cat B fit-out of this landmark development on Baggot Street, Dublin, marking the culmination of almost three years of involvement in the project.
Having previously delivered the Cat A base build electrical installation, JVE was delighted to continue its involvement through to the completion of the finished workplace, bringing this significant project to a
successful conclusion.
Thoughtfully designed to complement its historic setting and surrounding Georgian architecture, the building combines contemporary design with exceptional sustainability credentials. Recognised as one of
Dublin’s most sustainable developments, the building has been designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification and Net Zero Carbon compliance, incorporating innovative design solutions and high-performance building technologies.
The project presented an exciting and rewarding opportunity for the JVE team to further develop its expertise in sustainable construction and the delivery of complex electrical installations within high-performance commercial buildings.
From the initial base build through to the final fit-out, JVE is proud to have contributed to the delivery of this exceptional development, reflecting our commitment to quality, technical excellence and sustainable building practices.
