JVE was chosen as the preferred electrical contractor for the commercial fitout of the existing production warehouse, aptly named Project Fusion, aimed at seamlessly integrating the broader AbbVie campus. This project aimed to harmonize various elements of the campus into a cohesive and functional whole.
Within the scope of the fitout, JVE implemented new electrical services, featuring switchgear and general services fire alarm (FA) and lighting solutions meticulously designed by Modula to complement RKD's interior architectural vision.
An innovative approach was adopted by JVE, which included the installation of a powder-coated Unistrut ceiling. This feature not only served a functional purpose in efficiently carrying all M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) services but also introduced a distinctive design element. The Unistrut ceiling played a pivotal role in bridging the contrast between the office and industrial spaces, creating a seamless and visually appealing transition.
This undertaking reflects JVE's commitment to delivering electrical solutions that not only meet the highest standards of functionality and safety but also contribute to the aesthetic and ergonomic considerations of the overall architectural design.
