JVE was appointed the electrical contractor for this prestigious fitout and completed the CAT A electrical fit out of 40 Molesworth Street Dublin.
Located in Dublin city centre the building consists of Ground to fifth floor over basement. The Ground floor space is purpose built for retail with office space on the upper floors. 40 Molesworth achieved LEED Gold Certification.
40 Molesworth Street Dublin 2 was the winner of the refurbishment, retrofit, fitout project of the year award 2018 at the Irish construction excellence awards.
