JVE was appointed the electrical contractor for the CAT A fit out of the EXO building Dublin.
The development is a commercial office building ranging in height from 8 storeys to 17 storeys including one level of plant at the northern end.
The building is raised at ground level to 8m and supported by three elliptical cores. As part of the development there will be an external roof terrace and plant at eighth floor level.
Our role as electrical contractor included enabling works, BIM level 2 collaboration, MV/LV power, site services, distribution, containment, lighting and emergency lighting, security, access control, General services and small power, protective services and fire alarm installation and all associated mechanical wiring. Testing and commissioning.
When completed EXO will be the tallest commercial development in Dublin.
