JVE was appointed the electrical contractor for this CAT A electrical fit out of 21 Charlemont Place, Dublin. A new build which included a solar gain management system as part of the grade A fit out which was awarded LEED gold Certification with a BER A3 rating.
Located in Dublin city centre the building consists of Ground to fifth floor over basement of high end office.
The basement level offers car parking, cycle storage and to accommodate the central plant with additional plant is installed at roof level.
