Joseph Vaughan

Managing Director

Joe is the founder and managing director of J Vaughan Electrical and has overall responsibility for the business. He has a well earned reputation as a leading figure in the electrical contracting industry. His vision is instrumental in the development and advancement of J. Vaughan Electrical as one of Ireland’s leading Electrical Contractors.

Paul Vaughan

Finance Director

Paul joined J. Vaughan Electrical in 1996 as Finance Director and has responsibility for the finance function including the review of all financial planning and control. Paul works closely with the Commercial and Operational teams to develop and manage ongoing projects and provide full financial control and support.

Ray Power

Engineering Director

Ray holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering and has overall responsibility for the engineering function. He has extensive experience in all sectors of the industry; Conservation, Commercial, Data, Industrial & Health Sectors. He is involved in all aspects of the business and works closely with all clients to provide support relating to Design Development, Risk Management, BIM integration and LEAN construction methods.

John Downes

Contracts Director, Specialist Works

John has more than 35 years experience in the electrical industry and has been with J Vaughan Electrical since 1995 and is responsible for Specialist Projects. He is customer focused and ensures projects are delivered to the highest quality standard using BIM and Lean Construction processes. John is responsible for overall management of J Vaughan Electrical specialist projects in various sectors such as Healthcare and Public Works.

Joe Fallon

Financial Controller

Joe joined the company in 2018 as financial controller. He is a chartered secretary and a certified accountant with over 30 years construction accounting experience having worked in both the UK and Ireland. He is responsible for the overall finance function including financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, cash forecasting, risk, governance and compliance. He is passionately committed to continuous process improvement, systems review, managing technological change and providing strong management information systems and creating value for the company.
